Guido

Guido is a smartphone application that offers guidance in the approach to the Italian Healthcare System by non-italian speakers. We decided to focus on each part of the patient’s journey in order to design the perfect tool for people who want to navigate through the SSN. The main features of the app are: a chatbot, who will try to answer every possible questions the patients will have, and an innovative translator which aims to make interaction between patients and doctor easier, especially during health related emergency situations.
