Delivery management software for So.De

So.De is start-up that provides sustainable and inclusive delivery service, using cargo-bikes to deliver packages throughout the city of Milan. While it started as a B2B service, So.De is currently planning to expand their services on a B2C model. In order to achieve this objective, I was tasked with designing a platform that, respecting existing brand identity guidelines, allows admins to plan the services, clients to request and monitor deliveries status, and riders to track their activity. The management software answers to So.De’s needs to have one dedicated platform that can handle all the steps of delivery, starting from the delivery request from clients to the reception of the package; I worked directly with a software developer to assure precise and concrete solutions.
